If you only go threw the upper lip of the minnow and leave the lower open they will live longer because water passes threw the gills better.

Definitely clicked the thumbs up and Subscribe buttons! Awesome info! I normally use something bright/loud with a dead-stick as my secondary so this hit home! Bright/loud= Northlands Buck shot spoon and for the dead-stick a Bro-bug or Fluro Gami tipped with a Fatty/shiner

Enjoy all your icefishing videos, this one you talked about buckshot rattle spoons. Northland tackle made a scheels specific "Sun Flare" color for the rattlespoon, and discontinued it. Do you have one, I'm interested in getting some or finding out what color the back of the lure is so I could paint some. thanks.

Tell Northland to put an extra split ring at the hook end. We all do it and it it's a damn nuisance.
