Where is it made? I know many tactical helmet manufactures outsource to China, and they meet NIJ Level 3A requirements, but I just can't pull the trigger on Chinese made armor. I have Holosuns and other accessories that I trust my life, but I just can't bring myself to buy Chinese ballistic protection. Not a knock on you 221B; you're always trying to provide great value to your consumers and you wouldn't promote something you didn't trust, like Caliber Armor. Maybe some ballistic tests are in order on these helmets.

Does this helmet fit ear protection that is mounted to the vertical part of the side rails? Preferably it would be able to flip onto the back of the helmet while wearing it. If that is the case, I might buy it.
