3:35 for anyone who doesn't understand. Reach is the distance between where your head is to where you are aiming, therefore the higher up your look, the lesser ur reach will be, this does not mean you should aim as low as possible, but rather as straight as possible

The low reach thing works because of right angled triangle. The longest reach will always be the hypotenuse, or the opponent higher up. The lower people who only need to hit the legs need less reach. I'm a nerd that's a noob at Hypixel but I still understand it

The mid trading tip is really op, you can easily beat some of the best players with it, I have beaten dewier, kinghottie, and veltroh in sumo, which is where it originated from. I know this because I have done it and I have a full tutorial on it in my channel ;)

For the aiming one, that's a huge help for me, especially since I've taken a long break from the game and my aim is bad now, all these years I though I needed to aim straight for the most reach, but then I started to watch Dewier and realized that he aimed lower, this video just confirmed what I wanted to know the most, trying to aim straight, especially when it's eye to eye is kind of difficult for me now compared to my old self, since I click pretty hard and my aim moves up slowly causing me to aim outside of their hitbox right above their heads and die allot due to dropping combos

basically blockhit enables you to keep moving while sprint resetting whereas w tapping stops all ur momentum for a second, therefore maximizing reach

Absolutely love the tip about diamonds. In even normal bed wars games, I always make sure I’m ahead on diamonds, instead of trying to win the game quickly. I also like that these are tips for overall bed wars gameplay. Just being good at ranked bed wars absolutely does not represent how skilled you are at bed wars

the reason block hitting can maximise your reach is because it has less slowdown than w tapping because it doesnt completely stop your movement like w tapping does Movement speed affects reach Also the timing for this on purpose is EXTREMELY percise so I think u might be better off just doing this and getting lucky

@@leogorely6508 If you W tap to reset your sprint you will slow down to a point of 0 movement sprint every time you sprint reset. When you blockhit you never stop moving, just slightly slowing down your movement so It makes you will take less KB on average

im confused on when you should hit select in general. like every video says that you should get the first hit since it gives the most kb, but then here it says to let them hit you first? like If I let someone hit me first, id be comboed instantly. everyone says that the faster you move, the more you kb them, but if you arent moving since you got hit, then it cancels out and no combo can be done?

overall good video- couple of things wrong blockhitting mid trade doesnt actually increase reach, it does the same thing (in essence) as s tapping: on your screen, you get the hit then stop moving, so if you're at maximum trade reach, on your opponents screen, they see you back up, and then take the knockback later. this means you can make the hit reg when you arent in their reach. second thing - w tapping doesn't reduce your kb, it just increases opponents kb. it may appear to decrease yours in a game like sumo where if you don't w tap you get hit off, but in reality thats just bc your opponent is closer to you than they would have been after a w tap, and so can hit you again earlier (giving the impression that you take more kb when not w tapping) again not saying these are bad tips - just the reasoning was a little off

Midtrading’s biggest upside is getting the hit velocity reduction right after getting hit, canceling most of your backwards kb, while they can’t reduce as effectively, however, the second most important part is the distance manipulation like you mentioned. You can short midtrade, hitting right after they hit you to cancel backward momentum (don’t click while moving forward) to get in close to your opponent, then quickly switch to holding s as they hit you so you fly out of their range, and hit them right as they leave your range. Then as long as you didn’t do it to close and they don’t double hit you, you’ll land just outside their range, they’ll be sent up and backwards into the air, unable to get the velocity reduction because you are too far away to click your entity, then you just move back towards them and start the combo from there

if you want to get longer block clutches you would need to hold s. not only that you want to be aiming downwards while clutching. To do 4 block clutches and smaller you want to hold W since you take the least amount of KB
