Hello, so I have had a dirt bike for probably a year and a half now but it is electric and I’m looking for a gas dirt bike but not to expensive,I would probably use it as a trail bike and ride in my yard and neighborhood, I’m not a very big kid I’m pretty small,any suggestions or recommendations, also any advice would help

Sorry, you're not going to find a running and reliable dirt bike for $200. I'd recommend saving up at least $800-1000 and looking for a Yamaha TTR125 or Honda XR100 to start on if that fits your height.

Are dirt bikes better for beginners ? We live in a city and there are not a lot of places so are dirt bikes the only option for 12 y-13y?

Nope, not if that's what you're comfortable with. I'm 5'6" and still have fun with on a CRF110. It just doesn't handle as well on rougher single-track trails.
