I’m still doing this one , up to putting my knees on the floor , but can not do that part due to R knee replacement. I actually do three different exercises each day, hopping to beat this scoliosis,at least to the best of my ability. Thanks Jenny 😊

I have been doing this video 3 x weekly for 3 weeks now. Come to the conclusion I had very weak abs, probably due to the fat it was lugging around until recently! Anyhow, it's tough but results are well worth it! I combine with the 15 minute save time video to keep the rest of my body in good order. It's tough but doable and good.

Hi Jenny ,I’m still doing this exercise up to the “wag” it included. I really appreciate the split screen, I’m not too sure how tight I’m getting my tummy because my scoliosis makes me pull to the left with lowered shoulder “L”. , and my tummy still is too protruding to satisfy me I guess it takes some time eh? Hi Jenny, I like these exercises but the video gets interrupted with ads - maybe a few seconds, but is it possible to eliminate the ads? I have saved into my library but still have ads.

You need to make sure you are viewing all your videos under "member only videos" under the HOME tab. If you are a member, that is a perk - no ads!! Looks like you viewed a public video (those I don't have control of ad placement), and one of the reasons I started the membership group.

I can do these exercises up to kneel ing on the floor due to tight knee replacement so for the “cat cow “ one I lean on a chair seat. Other wise I find this one quite doable I am 90 + years page you know. I plan to be able to do “boogie woogie” dancing at some near future date What do you think.? L from Canada. 😅

Hi! Unfortunately, there is no real way to remove fat in only one certain area. The best way is clean diet, cardio and strength training. This video will help for sure to tone up that area.

Hi Jenny , this is one exercise I have decided I’ll do every day. I have scoliosis which pulls my upper body down so I really need to strengthen my body core , I can not place my right knee on the floor due to a knee replacement,so I do the cat n cow with my hands on the seat of the chaire ?,,??? "Holding in" abs is always a good idea as long as you feel like you are not sucking in your stomach or holding your breath. Kind of like tightening up - yes, it will give you that extra bit of core strengthening.

hello jenny, im the quadruple bypass guy that has been doing your 40 min work out for seniors now for the last 4 months. i do modifacations to your workout by instead of the step knee lifts, i do a stand up crunchs and do it for much longer than you have us do, also has been more aggressive in the work out routines by making the work out harder, more bend in the squats and things like that. i look at you every day,,,,,,every day. sorry to be politically incorrect, but your such a lovely lady and you could dress with better outfits. more colors and better outfits in general. i know youre doing your patrons a good service, but as a male who is attracted to females, i would like to see you showcase your beauty. thats no sin. sure would appreciate it as i said, i look at you every day......sincerly robert
