Omg GUY'S THIS WORKS. I had no luck like the rest, but i was using windows 10. Then i put it on my window 7 PC and its works perfectly with the pictures i added.

I can't get the wheel light to save the images. I've tried version 1.5 and 1.7 on Windows 7. Drivers installed OK. Never encountered any errors, and it will say download complete. I've tried download with reset button. It always wants to keep the default.

How do I align the pictures on the bike? When I ride sometimes they are alligned correctly, but sometimes they are upside down or tilted 90°. Do you have any idea how to controll this?

Hi, it seems that the software v 1.5 does not work properly. The download function does not work. ( win 10) So, only the pre installed pictures can be displayed. Please advise the solution. Downloaded the software from the link.

+Excelvan hi, your software is alerted to have a trojaner inside. What to do? Please provide a virus free software. Is there a way to upload pictures without the software but any other serial communication?

My wheel light can't be programmed. I've told it to download but the download never makes any progress. I tried pushing the reset and mode buttons on the product but they do not help.

Excelvan The program still makes no progress when downloading using the new software. The software seems to know the light is there (the message "no device" does not appear during the download) but there is no information on why it is stuck. I've tried running the program as administrator and in compatibility mode with Windows XP and Windows 8.

The light is cool - BUT the software is unsafe: Virustotal says 15/40 positive. I do not want to take any risk. Where can I find clean software? Is the protocoll open?

+Adriano CM I had the same problems as you, I could figur out that you have to run the programm as admin. You install it - as shown in the video - after this you klick on the BikeLightSoftware with you right mouse where it will show you - run as admin. it started right off when I did this. Win8. All the best
