Ingredients:
Yolk 4 large
sugar 75 grams (5 tbsp)
vanilla 5 grams (1 tsp)
oil 50 grams (1/4 cup)
full cream milk 75 grams (1/3 cup)
cake flour 125 grams (1 cup)
salt 3 grams (1/2 tsp)
baking powder 5 grams (1 1/2 tsp)
eggwhites 4 large
sugar 75 grams (5bsp)
cream of tartar 1/2 tsp
Buttercream Icing:
butter 1 cup (225 grams )
powder sugar 1 1/2 cup (225 grams )
heavy cream grams or milk
Toppings:
biscoff spread 3-4 tbsp
biscoff cookie (crushed)
Pan size : 14x14 square pan or 15x11 rectangular pan.
Baking time: 18-20 minutes (160°c)
