lol, You can also use some plastic gloves. I'm a chef and I know the method, but I'm also dyslexic and confuse myself. Disposable gloves work for me.

I questioned this and sadly my fears were right, WAY TOO SALTY!!!!!! Bacon and Feta are damn near salt licks and short of their textures, completely overpower the sandwich. 3/10 sorry
