I honestly wish brands would come up with different types of packaging and reduce waste overall, I’m kinda over the single use packaging which a lot can’t be recycled or give us refillable packaging where they send you a pouch to refill and you send it back so they can disinfect and reuse it.

I can appreciate the fast format but as someone who suffers from the redness of kp I would of liked to know a little more. Used to be prone to body acne at the upper back... Started doing cupping every 3 to 4mths, use aveeno daily moisturing body wash, Neutrogena salicylic body wash, cerave body moisturizer and cerave or ordinary retinol

I use panoxyl on my armpits after workouts,it’s great for bacteria. Make sure to use white towels, I learn that lesson so as my now tie-dye towels

Thank you for the tip about the salicylic acid spray after working out! I will try that. I like the Gold Bond retinol body lotion, but now I’m using the Naturium retinol body lotion. I think it absorbs better. I’m also loving the Vaseline RadiantX body lotion with Matrixyl 3000 and 1% niacinamide.

Your product recommendations are so amazing. Because of you, I started using the Atoderm and my skin (including my face)has been so happy. About a month ago, I added Glytone for my keratosis pilaris on my legs and Amilactin daily. Game changer for my KP. I’ve mostly stopped picking at them. And hopefully soon I can get a smooth shave.

Been struggling with Eczema on my body lately and found it difficult to get some of these products - some great drugstore solutions though were Eucerin Ato Control shower oil, or EpiMax Oatmeal Wash, and then to lock it all in afterwards Vaseline Atopi Rescue Cream was a real game changer.

Love how informative this is and how many peoduct recommendations are provided. If I had to make one suggestion, it would be to give more visuals (whether it;s a table, diagram, or clip animation). Think Doctorly and Beauty Within. This helps me focus + I can keep screenshots of very important parts whenever I try something that is recommended in a video. But that may just be me
