The Paria Bryce 1P tent might be the best budget-friendly backpacking tent on the market. It comes in at a trail weight of less than 3lbs and costs only $145. It has so much space, it could be considered a 1.5 person tent. I have been using this tent for the last year and love it. It has been recommended by Dan Becker and Backcountry Exposure.
