@@jeddy_bravo Yes it is fine. So big. Not that comfortable but wit the hot tent and kit we are not going far so it doesn't matter. Great price. Loads of room. Love it. In fact my mate got it now for fishing so getting another. Thanks

Hey mate, i think i'll get one as well, but there's one thing i must confess doesn't convince me 100% of the review here, the chest strap doesnt look fully adjustable (as indeed one other so and so yt review says) and that's one spec that comes in handy for stability and comfort. But yeah all in all, be it to fit it onto another frame for full load use, it's still a good duffle bag...

For a three day bushcraft i use a 35 liter pack unless it is mid winter than a 65 liter most of it sleep system. Look at military surplus it is high quality for low cost.

I wanted to get the Fjallraven Helags 40L but they discontinued it. This just might be a good alternative for that...is there a next bump up in quality model to this one? One with better padding and hip strap support?

Thanks for sharing, I ain't no bagpack snob and don't do osprey as they re over priced in my opinion but the DD bergen was garbage, had 2 replaced due to naff stitching. I liked the size and design but the build quality was very poor. Just sticking to their tarps from now on. 👍

Hey everyone's got there own opinion matey and I respect that, I haven't had any trouble with the dd bergen yet but I've only used it 4 times so far so can't really review that yet, the osprey I just love it for the mountains as its so comfortable with the moulded waist straps, and the way it keeps the weight off the shoulders is great, definitely not worth there price tag, no bag is for that matter, its a bag! 😂 Kind regards Ben

I've got the same Osprey pack and I can easily see how this little beaut costing nearly a tenth of the price could easily get used in place of the Osprey for woodland camps. The Osprey doesn't have the array of pockets this bag has... You know what... I might just pick on up and try it.

Is there a smaller version? It looks fantastic for this price, but 120 liters is huge, I usually carry a 45-55 L backpack for a 3 day trip (including tent, sleeping bag, etc.)

@@stevejohncockram how do you know it's not? The link in the description takes you to the Amazon product page and there it's described as 120 liters, I guess that's what 120 in it's name means, too. He also says in the video that the main compartment alone is 60-70 liters, then you have the top pocket, the side pockets and the bottom sleeping bag compartment - so it's totally possible and probable that this is a 120 liter backpack.

i recently bought Forclaz trek 900 70l+10 from decathlon. Its a good 600d bombproof bag, only drawback is not so easy excess side-pockets.

I bought this backpack on this recommendation thinking it was going to be 120l capacity as its advertised. I couldn't get all me gear into my 70l so thought this bag would be great with an extra 50l. Unfortunately I couldn't get all my gear from a 70l back pack into this 120l pack. Its definitely not 120l more like 60l. Contacted the company but it failed to rectify so reported them to trading standards for false advertising. Cheap good bag but definitely 120l is capacity... it's more 60l

Hiya, I'm sorry to hear this? maybe they have changed the capacity? it was years ago I purchased mine. I had an 85lite pack and had that one at the same time and I could certainly get a lot more in. Not sure if there are counting all the pockets for that statistic. Anyways kind regards WW

Water resistant - prolonged heavy rain will get through. Get a waterproof cover.

Can it take all this; 1-2 Man tent + sleeping bag + mat Multitool + Small axe Gas oven + Canister Small medkit Food+Water Torch. I'm looking for something decent to take trekking+hiking. There's all types sizes and I don't know what I'd need? 60L-80L-120L? Andes? Osprey? Burghaus? I see these videos on the internet where people go hiking and manage to have all this type of stuff, like tent and sleeping bag, mat e.t.c I don't want to spend hundreds - thousands of pounds, so please help!
