On the proform el it says the stride is adjustable from 19" but I can't find the range or if it goes up or down from there, do you have any info on that

I don't have any ellipticals on the docket right now, but we could always get one into test out soon. The Sole has a smaller foot print, and truthfully I like it better than the horizon. - Linds

Sole e25 is the only elliptical where I like the posture and the strides looks more natural

Could you name a few brands that have a shorter stride?I am wanting an elliptical for home but am looking at all options .Also , will you do any reviews on vertical climbers specifically the body sold bfct1(red color)I might get a climber instead but do not want to end up with an overly expensive clothes rack.

Thank you so much for your review! I have been looking at Elliptical trainers that have a very short Stride, I suppose this more like a stepper, is it better to have the long Stride please?

I think its just a preference thing, the thing I can say is that when I have used a shorter stride/more stair stepper machine I have felt more intensity in the workouts, compared to using a typical longer stride elliptical! - Lines
