Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused by the wheels. Earlier, we purchased our wheels and wheel assembly from a third-party supplier. However, now we manufacture the wheel assembly ourselves. We have made significant upgrades to our wheel assembly to prevent any wobble. We have also upgraded our tires to take on the load more efficiently and deliver a super-smooth roll. And, we are confident you won't face the problem of the air leaking out, either. We sent the wheels & the wheel assembly free of cost to any customer who contacted us regarding the wheels. Therefore, we would like to offer you a free replacement of all four wheels, their wheel assembly, and the locking mechanism. Moreover, we ensure that with the replacement locking mechanism, you won't need to keep checking the wheel locking. Kindly let us know your email address, and we will send them out ASAP.

It's great to see a company really take customer's feed back and make some improvement. Just put my order after watching the video and this comment.

What van is the one you guys managed to put the cart built in? Awesome video btw

Great realistic review of the $1000 (ish) cinema cart. Thanks for actually putting it through a significant long-term test and providing informed feedback from your experiences. The ProAim really seems like a great entry-level cart that will handle 90%+ of what you throw at it in basic filmmaking use. Of course they have to cut corners somewhere vs Inovativ/Yeager to hit this price point, but I see they are now manufacturing the wheel assemblies in-house per their comment, so it's good they are also willing to take feedback from the community and continue to improve their products. Have you compared it to their "Pro" series, yet? Those look a bit more robust in terms of some of the larger payloads and extreme exterior set locations that crews might throw at their gear.

What's the mount used for mounting the monitor within the cart?

Whats the monitor arm hoy have?
@DjangoGS10 ай бұрын
I'm thinking of buying this cart. What monitor mount did you use? It seems like it was mounted atop where the poles go, but I couldn't tell for certain.

it’s a great cart forsure! we used a proaim corner adapter and a kupo offset arm. the offset arm gives it more clearance away from cart. then the sumo is on a vesa adapter

The wheels like you said are terrible. Had to replace all because the locking mechanism broke on all some how after 1 month of use. Got rid of mine and when with the other company

also hated how much wobble you get pushing a full cart around

LOL! Budget friendly my ass. $1000 for a cart??? Get a Rock-N-Roller R10RT for $237. Just buy the optional top shelf for $35. Put the extra money in the bank!
@xvlab7 ай бұрын
appreciate the comment! rock n roller carts are great especially w/ the top shelf. we have one of those as well & they have served us well! those are geared more towards folks starting out or individuals/smaller crews. once you make the step up to larger, durable, pre built carts this cart is very affordable & “budget friendly within the realm of other similar carts. 🛒

@@xvlab I understand. Everybody operates different. I'm just sayin. Equipment can be a trap. Technology drives our industry. It's a cycle of constantly buying stuff. I own and operate a corporate video production company. Over the years, I've learned to invest in gear that makes money and pays itself off quickly. Bank your profits. Buy only what you really need. That advice will make your business successful. Forgive me, I'm sorry, I hope I didn't offend you. We've all done it. Buying toys is fun but in the end, you're in business to make money.
