To those who are new to Mechanical keyboards, I missed a very important feature of this keyboard on the video. Actually, the keys are very soft to toggle, as in literally soft. That's one advantage of outemu red switches under this keyboard keys.

keyboard layout looks pretty interesting because the 10 key functions is still there. But they need to get rid of the light key and put it as a side key on the side of the keyboard. shift the number keys above the up arrow key and move the other non number and arrow keys to

Thank you for that good observation. Yes, I think there could be improvement on the implementation of 96 tkl. There's a slight delay in my brain whenever i want to change the keys from numpad to arrow key.

There are many available keycap replacement on shopee and lazada. You may want to try the puddings. I'm not too familiar with other keycaps that people ordered on japan. I can get back to you whenever I got information. 😁

You can. That requires always enabling the rakk soft ware. Because customization can't be stored on mkb memory. So you have to always assign your user defined keys everytime you use you mkb.

@@itsneyneii5816 I think Ryan Curipot made walkthrough of Rakk Lam Ang software. In the software, you can swap the function of each key.

I dont know why but FN + ALT doesnt work on my keyboard. It doesnt change the led modes

Try pressing fn first, then together with fn add the alt, the together with those two keys press f7-f12 to change the light modules but for changing the speed, color, and light intensity, fn alone is enough (no alt required)

Hi sir, may I know if you also experienced static lights in "custom mode" when you just booted up your pc? but it will fix by choosing othet mode then go back in custom. I dunno if the problem is the keyboard itself or just the software. :(

Yes, I think that's a bug. I think it's both software and hardware problem. But for me that's a minor issue since it can be easily fixed.

In my usage, I'm not encoutering any issues, aside from the Rakk software having some bugs but that's so minimal of an issue. Keycaps are still intact, not a single rgb light died, and outemu red switches are still reliable.

Only buy this if the numpad is something you absolutely need. The Lam Ang Lite and Pluma went on sale recently and sells at the same price ~1.5k which are better options specially Pluma which has detachable cable and supports bluetooth/2.4ghz.

I daily drive one myself cause I need the numpad for work. This is the best MK I would recommend with a custom numpad at this price point. It is worth it for the price.

Hi Aldrich. I think that should depend on your need. I believe both keybs are hot swappable. Rk71 has smaller form factor which is an advantage, but you'll be missing the numpad. It won't be an issue if you don't usually use the numpad. Both have their own advantage. I'm just not entirely sure about their durability. So far, rakk ilis pbt after more than 1 month of usage still looks new to me. Haven't experienced any real issues so far.

Is the software still buggy? I've heard alot na di daw nasasave ung custom lights after irestart or patayin ung pc, have you encountered this problem? I'm planning to buy cause my mf anne pro 2 gave up on me

HI jeze, yes, there's still some bug on the software, but the custom lights still is stored even after turning the pc off. If ever faced by some bugs, just close and relaunch the rakk software and you are good to go again. Not much of an issue there.
