I recently purchased a Yedi Infinity Sous Vide Cooker, it came in 2nd on an America's Test Kitchen review at half the cost of the winner at $98.89 . It was the fastest to heat the water and the only negative was its size. I've used it several times and the temp is spot on with my instant read thermometer.

Love your videos! I was hoping you would be able to give me your opinion of these two options. The price point is so close on these that I can't decide which to get! (I've never used one of these before) A Nano 3.0 for $90 vs a Precision Cooker 2.0 for $100 What would you suggest and why?

Thanks for the encouraging words! I’d go with the Anova 2.0 because of the extra 150 watts you get and the stainless steel casing vs plastic. You’ll also be able to clean it more effectively if needed in the long run. Hope that helps.

I know they are working on a new version. I’m hoping this is just the interim period between being out of stock of the existing cooker and the new one being rolled out.
