How high powered are the motors for stiffer lenses? Thx
@AlliandWill8 ай бұрын
It has 0.5N.m torque output. It should be good enough for any lens as far as I can tell

Thanks for that. I picked one up today!

Can you recommend a good focus puller for a high end indie film?
@AlliandWill11 ай бұрын
For high end (meaning big budget), I would just rent a high end system like a Preston. If your budget is lower and you want to own one, maybe the Tilta 2 wireless follow focus? I’m not sure though as I haven’t used that one

It looks like we'll be in the Chicago area for an 11-day shoot in September. Do you have a recommended someone who is talented and experienced who could pull focus for us? We're looking for a solid addition to our team for the film. @@AlliandWill

Oh you’re looking for an actual focus puller. Unfortunately, no, we are several hours away from Chicago (up in Canada.) Your best bet is to reach out to Chicago based production companies and see if they can refer you to someone

Good review. Just a pedantic correction. The Sony batteries are NP series, not the L series you mentioned.
@AlliandWill11 ай бұрын
Thanks! Sony L series are NP actually. NP is how the model number starts. If you Google ‘Sony L Series’ you’ll see the model will start with NP.
