Buffets need to make a comeback! This is the Las Vegas I remember.

For real!! Bummed every time I hear one is closing. Like the Rio recently announced they won't be reopening theirs. That one was my favorite. Maybe it's less competition with buffets but they seem to be so expensive now. ☹️ Remember when you'd get a comped buffet with your stay?

I've never seen Palms Parking Lot so packed until they started offering Free Buffets and Lobster Wed/Thursdays. Buffets whether cheap or expensive still attract traffic so I think Casinos are making a huge mistake not opening Buffets. I never go to Resorts Worl, Mirage, or M Resort anymore for example. FountainBleu supposed to open Dec 13th and nope no Buffet. Personally, I would like to see more non-Vegas cloned Buffets and more restaurants opening smaller brunch buffets like Veranda at Four Seasons or Grand Lux Cafe at Palazzo.

My favorite buffet. I go every Thanksgiving and Christmas. The holiday buffet with prime rib shrimp and turkey and ham with all the trimmings is just like $27 with their players card

That buffet had a really good selection, even a loco moco station. And the price can't be beat. I mean I spent $15 last time I went to Taco Bell! I wish buffets would make a comeback.

@@Dani702 At the Coronado Cafe, the 24 hour restaurant near center of casino. They have a Graveyard Specials menu from 12am to 6am with several dinner plates from $3 to $6. One of the last great steak deals in Vegas.

The family that owns the South Point, formally owned the Barbary Coast, the Gold Coast and the Orleans.....but they had to sell them all due to the Great Recession which was created by CrazyBoy Cuomo and Bill Clinton and the massive expansion of the subprime mortgages, which gave away $200,000 homes to people that couldn't pay for them. All their casinos had great value for the money.

Buffets used to be the bomb! After 2020, the big casinos went in one of two directions: close the buffets and use the space to create high-end food halls, or turn the buffet into a high-end dining experience. Notice how both options are not budget-friendly 🙄 South Point has a great thing going. Truly customer centered! I miss that about Vegas. Thanks for the video Dani!

I have eaten at South Point buffet dozens of times. If you go to breakfast before 9am during the week there are rarely lines. This is the only value buffet left.

Buffet is not a place to try your first bloody mary. Usually just cheap vodka and tomato juice. Get a quality “bloody” and then decide.

One hundred bucks for a buffet??? No way I could eat that amount of chow in one sitting...though give this economy another few months and that'll be cost of an egg McMuffin! Those Italians at 4:41look more like bangers. Being British in origin, they have a tendency of being a bit less spicy or flavorful to many. I love bangers, but having German heritage, that's a practical must with most sausages. Great deal and thank you for the heads up! Looks like if a person leaves hungry, that's on them!

OMG man that buffet was awesome and I thought the Rio was big man when you showed the food they had I was in heaven with breakfast being my favorite meal of the day and I know i couldn’t eat it all but i would want to take a little bit of everything but I’d have to control myself but I will say when you showed what you got on your first round i said you go girl and right now I’m craving breakfast another thing I don’t drink but I’ve had a non alcoholic Bloody Mary so basically I was just drinking tomato juice with what ever else they put in it but one thing I put in it was salt to make it taste better and for me it was just so so well anyways thanks to you I was in breakfast food heaven now with that peace ☮️ love ❤️ and happiness to you Dani and Eddie and I’ll see you on the next awesome Vegas vlog adventure peace ☮️ out ✌️

Dani I love the Garden Buffet me and the wife drive from Boulder City Weekly to enjoy it. Love the Southpoint!! It used to be the M resort Studio B but those days are gone forever!! Next time the whipped cream is over by the salads where you can make strawberry shortcake😊
