How do we eliminate the sugar crystal and make it smooth, I tried making making syrup and then adding to heated butter. it didn't help, what should I do?

Make sure to sift your icing sugar before you add it to your already mixed room temperature butter. Once you start mixing together it should become smooth. A few Tsps of water can help. Also make sure you are using confectioners sugar (powdered/Icing sugar) and not granulated sugar (table sugar) which will not fully dissolve leaving bits. I hope this helps

Hi 305g for filling & 244g for crusting Always taste the filling buttercream. If it's too sweet add butter if it's too buttery add a little Icing sugar I hope this helps 😊

Hi I think you can change the translation to Arabic by clicking on the settings button⚙on the video, then click Subtitles, then Auto - translate and there should be a drop down menu of all the current languages. Select Arabic and hopefully it should change over for you. I hope this helps 😊
