If you have an exposed air filter in the front, the hood gasket will help keep the filter dry.

You do realize that air flows through the grill vents, past the air cleaner, over the engine, then down the firewall, and out the side vents that some think are fake brake ducts. The hood gap is not the air source bringing in dust.

How did you install the screens in the Fog light cavity? I've seen them for sale, but they just seem to be a flat screen , with no attachment points? Do you just push them in ?

It is either screwed in or bolted in. I do remember loosening them before. They are factory on the Z06 bumper. And not designed for cars with fog lights since the z06 came without them just a heads up.

Anyone else notice that white smoke coming out the side of the car when he revved it? Definetly an exhaust leak, possibly a blown head gasket or cracked block that's letting some coolant into the combustion chamber. If your exhaust smells a little sweet, you might have a problem.

It’s an emblem…and it looks better than the C5 version. Pretty sure no one is trying to make people think it’s a C7. That’s what’s cool about customizing, you do what you like. The only posing going on is what they’re doing next to a cool C5.

Not a fan of adding any mods that are held on with double sided tape, unless it’s replacing an oem part that was already held on by it. Like anyone running “spoilers” that are taped on…😂 Just an opinion. Everyone has the freedom to do what they like and what they think looks good.
