using one for a few years now.. total time saver.. of course I would normally start all the holes then go back and use a clamp and block for blow out and drill through.

Good overview. If you are a professional installer and use it constantly, then by all means go for it. It is worth the cost. If you are a DIYer with a smaller job like me, then you can get a decently made version from King & Charles that is all-metal, works just as well and is much cheaper (~$50). It worked perfectly for my kitchen and bath remodels.

Is the jig American made? Bought one on Amazon for 30$, Chinese made and it was 1/8 off square.
