Beautiful Liesl! My favorite is the berries with the pine needles painted over the whole ornament. Best take away: Your pine needles are light and airy. I tend to make mine very dense with lots of value shifts, so I’ll be giving that a try with this one. I’ve been off most social media since September 26 when we lost our home of 23 years on the beach. Home and cars were flooded and destroyed by Hurricanes Helene and Milton. We bought a new, lovely home that is 5 miles east of the Gulf of Mexico with no chance of any flooding. It’s taking time to adjust, but I’m happy for the most part. Without doubt you are the "pick of the pops" when it comes to Christmas artwork, Liesl. Linda and I loved this video. It was so hard to pick a favourite but we both liked the berries with pine needles, the red swirls and blue and white. I must invest in some small paper as it's a bit tedious cutting larger sizes down. I've been really busy writing my copperplate cards so I'm looking forward to painting again. I thought that your new brushes would be ideal for painting the swirls as they have such a lovely spring to them. Thanks a million. 🥰x
