I've had this for awhile. Awesome. Lekato has a second 2 button page turner pedal that plugs into this so you can scroll up or down those channels with your foot. I download fully mixed backing tracks or click tracks on mine for live performance. High quality 24 bit x 48 khz. Cheap enough to get a second one for live work for the looping part. @@derin111 awesome! The key is tap your foot beside the pedal to the tempo, and count 1,2,3,4, 1,2,3,4 etc while you are playing the part you will record, then when it’s time to start recording, hit the pedal button on the “1”, play the section you want to record and hit the button again on the next “1” to stop it. @@alexhamilton4084 Hi Alex, there are a couple of things that I find help; the first is, play the part you want to loop a few times before you start the pedal and tap your foot on the floor 1234,1234 etc. once you feel really confident with the timing, hit the pedal on the “1”, continue counting 1234 etc until you are ready to end and hit the pedal on “1” again. The second thing I find helps is wearing shoes (or at least one shoe 😂). Trying to hit the button accurately in socks or bare feet is a lot harder. Hopefully these tips help!

Potentially dumb question. All I have is a guitar, amp, and quarter inch cable. Do I just need the loop pedal, 9 volt, and a other quarter inch cable? It never mentioned ser up
@Studio33guitar Жыл бұрын
Hi, sorry for the delay in responding. You need a cable to go from your guitar to the pedal, and then another one to go from the pedal to the amp. The pedal does not run off a battery, so you will also need an adapter for it. A link for the adapter is also in the description. Hope this helps

The timing of the loop must be done on the first recording. The rest - the timing of the button doesn't have to be perfect. Many people say it's good to practice creating that first loop and getting that timing just right. It's a bit of an art, but practice makes perfect. ALSO... you can load perfectly-timed drum loops on it and just record over that... so you don't have to worry about timing at all!
@paxxous Жыл бұрын
I was actually hoping for that to not be automated, so I can practice with my timing.
@OregonDARRYL Жыл бұрын
@@paxxous It's not automated. I just happened to load some perfect-timed loops on it and then recorded over that loop. You don't have to do that, and most people don't. It's just an option that I use...

I think so. It's a fun little challenge for timing.

Does turning the volume up or down with the pedal effect the volume level my guitar as well? For example can I record a loop then turn the volume down with the pedal but still keep my same volume level of my guitar?

The volume knob on the pedal is just for the playback level. So no, it does not affect you guitar volume. Thanks for the question!

Awesome ,some have drum beats,too, now my little studio Line 6 amp has built in effects,I can prob lay down a clean rythem then solo over that with more distortion n gain? I'd have to keep the volume the same tho right? Like some effects on my amp are much louder Thanks,I'm stuck between this or the more pricey Red Boss one,then Amazon has a Zoom Looper/Drums/Effects for 100$ but only has a 30 second loop but as my first looper n the price I should probably get this simple cheaper one but as long as it reads my diff effects but I'm sure it does cuz it just records the sound u feed it.Its easier than using my 16 track recorder n 16 track drum sequencer just for practice and I could still add drums if I wanted

1 question, can you 1 add an interface in order to use several instruments / mic then create different loops i,e vocal harmonizing and add new loops with different instruments, ????? and what interface would make this work ?? sorry it's more like 5 questions in one,
@scottashe98411 ай бұрын
I have one. It's great for clean stuff. If you want to mix distortion and clean it's sounds poor and even just layering high gain tracks is wonky. I didn't run through an fx loop so that might change things. I wouldn't use this for live but for soloing at home it's useful.
