you'll need following ingredients to make it bonless chicken 250g 2 green onion fine chopped 1/2tsp salt 1tsp chicken powder 1tsp ginger garlic paste 1tbsp corn flour 1/2tsp black pepper powder 1tbsp oil 2tbsp soya sauce 1cup flour 1/4tsp salt 1tsp oil water as required 2tbsp fine chopped green onion 1tsp fine chopped garlic 2tsp seasame seeds 1tbsp crushed red chilli 1tsp kashmiri lal mirch for color 1tsp red chilli 1tsp chilli sauce 2tbsp soya sauce pinch of salt & sugar 1/2cup hot smoky mustard oil

It's a very good and easy recipe no doubt. I'm trying it rn and I'm sure it'll turn out amazing just like every other recipe of yours I've tried. But you forgot to mention one thing. Or maybe only I faced it but incase someone faces the same situation - you need to add almost half cup of water for this amount of flour but if your dough turn sticky ( which it did in my case) you need to add flour to make it better. Add flour till it become non-sticky and a perfect dough.

The way I put it on a tray, do that and make sure to grease tray with oil and the just freeze it after covering it with a cling wrap, 💟

Real chinese dumplings … we use vinegar one side nd chilli paste oil other side nd carrot pickle u may think as kimchi other side… it’s marvelous to eat in china… heart feels soo lite & fresh to eat them fresh… wah.. wat a saying❤❤❤…no Indian/pak nor other asians match the chinese dumplings/baos 🥟 made by the locals
