How much sanding is required after milling, especially on the four axis tool?

That is a great question, It really depends upon what you are doing. If you are 3D carving then it is about the same time as you would do with a 3D carving on the flat table. If you are machining with router bit profiles then the sanding really is minimal because you are using the bits geometry to create the shape and as long as the bit is sharp the cuts are clean and smooth.
