I love outbacks coconut shrimp! I'll have to make this next time my husband is out of town, he is deathly allergic to shrimp. So every time he goes on a business trip, I make a ton of shrimp dishes.

What size of shrimp are recommended? 21/25 or smaller?

We prefer big shrimp for coconut shrimp.

@@TheSandersKitchen I'm going to try 21/25's but not colossal. I think that is too big and the bigger the tougher.
