Yes, theoretically it looks great for all offline spend. But with Amex cards, there is an acceptability issue. Offline acceptability is very low with Amex cards.

I buy groceries from Amazon Fresh using Amazon shopping vouchers. On that, I get 13.5% Valueback using Infinia. I also use Zepto which accepts the Amazon Giftcard balance on which I get 13% Valueback using Infinia. For food order and Dining, I use Swiggy and Swiggy DineOut. For these expenses, I get Swiggy giftcards through Infinia and load it into Swiggy Money. I get 16.5% through Infinia on Swiggy giftcards. So, no need to get HSBC Live+, HSBC Live is a great card.

If you are not getting super premium credit cards like Infinia, Atlas or Diner Black or you don't want to pay hefty fee for the credit cards, Tiger Card is a good option. But only if you travel and can make good use of Visatara / Air India points. But you should wait for 12th November, the merger date of Vistara Air India, and see if Tiger now offers Air India points

@@SpendWiselyOfficial thank you for replying the reason why I got it instead of the atlas credit card is that my spend on the card will not be more than 3-4 lakhs a year. I feel atlas has too many restrictions on their cards for their reward miles. Do you suggest any other cards if airmiles is the primary criteria. I can't get infinia or diners black as I am not eligible for them.

For example I have axis Flipkart card I haven't used it for the last 6 months but since it's LTF I don't want to surrender it... You can Apply it as a new card and close Smart Earn. Platinum Travel card is much better than Smart Earn if you can spend at least 1.9 lacs in a year
