I assume Almazan is raising, killing and preparing most of his animals and meat that he cooks by himself or he has a trusted butcher. Eating raw chicken is perfectly fine, if you prepare it correctly, since the contamination with salmonella and other bacteria comes from the outside. In Japan dishes like Sashimi or Torisashi are pretty common. Chicken meat gets only seared leaving the inside pink, similar to this video. But i agree, that you should not do it with any chicken from the grocery store or that you dont know how it was cut and treated.

I knew almazankitchen channel half year ago when one of our US customer (a restaurant owner) asked us if we could handcraft several high carbon forged knives for his busy kitchen, he showed us the great almazankitchen cleaver, it looks really sharp and awsome!!! Now I become a big fan of Almazankitchen. they make great cooking vedios and they sell real hammer forged handmade knives! We have tested almazankitchern knife, the edge hardness reaches 60+ HRC and hold an edge very well.

Question are you a chef? If so don't you think it's dangerous to undercook chicken?I might be from North America but I'm pretty sure all chickens carry salmonella.
@chefinthewild15516 жыл бұрын
WEBTOMB OFFGRID yes I’ve been a chef for 16 years now, well there are a few things to consider, how the chicken was raised and all. Not all chickens carry salmonella but the way they clean most chickens can pose problems. Most of the big chicken corporations have rinse vats where all the chickens are put to wash them after de-feathering and gutting, this becomes an issue because if one chicken has salmonella putting it in the vat will give the other birds salmonella. This is not really practice with backyard chickens because they are washed by the each. Safest bet is to just cook it all the way through. The health department expects restaurants to cook chicken to an internal temperature of 165• F, however if you do this your chicken will be bone dry, so as professionals we cook chicken to about 145-150 internal temp then let it rest, it will be super juicy and safe to eat since the temp will rise 5-8 degrees once you stop the cooking process. Get ahold of a thermometer and give it a try, you’ll be blown away with how juicy and tender your chicken will be if you pull it at those temps. Hope this helped!.

Hello C.I.T.W.I have been in the restaurant business over twenty years myself. chickens are not born with salmonella but the degree of getting infected is vary high even farm raised can get it even thou its less likely. I love this channel I just think they should make a disclaimer. almost everyone gets there chicken from a supermarket . and a newbie cook might do this with supermarket chicken and get vary ill. @@chefinthewild1551

From what I read chicken bones isn't dangerous to give your dog, they can get problems though if you give them too many. Pork and fish bones on the other hand is bad. Why on gods green earth is he eating that burger raw? Now that's a big question mark in this video.
@esockell6 жыл бұрын
Simon Hoare. Yes, chicken bones splinter unlike beef or pork
@NordiCDreaMs6 жыл бұрын
@simon hoare That's what I read from vets guidelines. Maybe you mistake cooked bones from uncooked ones, that's different.
@NordiCDreaMs6 жыл бұрын
I didn't write "uncooked" in my first post because I was referring to the video, he clearly gave the dog uncooked bones. Just to be clear. It's COOKED bones that's bad, sure.
@NordiCDreaMs6 жыл бұрын
@@esockell Get your facts straight, giving pork bones to your dog is dangerous, cooked AND uncooked. They do splinter. Surprising how many talk out of their ass without knowing what they talk about and in doing so misinform people.
