Love the TreLuxe gel layered over their "serum" -- fragrance free options too. My holy grail combo!

That’s a great combo!

This is so complicated; thank you for walking through all this with us. Since I have a dry and frizz-prone, thick and coarse head of hair, this is VERY helpful.

I love the Recoil and Rockin' Ringlets. My hair is fine to medium and high density, very easily weighed down. I haven't tried Flora and Curl, I'm interested to see what you think of it!

Great video! You are so easy to listen to. Have you seen the new ag curl line. It looks like the new curl cream could be replacing the recoil. Not too sure though

Love Jessicurl! Didn’t have luck with Ecoslay but I think I sided it wrong. I love Kinky Curly Custard. My hair is thick, dense and medium/coarse.
@HolisticEnchilada3 жыл бұрын
I've heard good things about Kinky Custard and forgot to include it. I think it's probably too heavy for my hair though.

I have use Cantu curl activator, and it's very moisturizing, but at times it feels just a little heavy on my hair.
@HolisticEnchilada3 жыл бұрын
Yeah that one is heavy to me as well.

I use that too. I love it. I use a small amount, emulsifying in my hands so I don't have that greasy feeling.

I get flash drying with Uncle Funky's curl activator. I will definitely be using your tip of more water so it doesn't happen.
@sherilynschneider3 жыл бұрын
Yeah, I have the same problem with that product. Have you tried Treluxe Hi-Def Gel? Just wondering if it will work for me since aloe is 2nd ingredient.
@lorijean14873 жыл бұрын
@@sherilynschneider Yes, and it is my holy grail product!!! I do not get any flash drying with it and it gives me a hard cast, which I like.

Probably won’t now with the new recipe! Do you know if you have the OG uncle funky daughter or the new one with Glycerin?

Alot of people compare the moptop with kinky curly curling custard! Also Uncle Funky's daughter curly magic is an amazing curl activator paired with orange marmalade!

Ah I forgot about the Uncle Funkys! That's another good one.

I love KCCC and UFD both. Those are my current ones. I will say I’m on my third KCCC though. I forget about the ones I can get online lol.

Can you use Ecosaly orange marmelade alone ? Can you compare it to Biotera alcool free gel if you have try it ? Thanks !!
@HolisticEnchilada3 жыл бұрын
You can and many people do. I find for the humidity here it's not enough so I need to layer a hard hold gel over it. I haven't tried the Biotera gel yet, though I do have it so I will soon.
@karine87383 жыл бұрын
@@HolisticEnchilada Thanks so much 😎 come back to me if you try the bioteta gel, it maybe not enough hold for you !!

Are curl activators good for wavy hair too? Or are they just for curly hair?
@HolisticEnchilada Жыл бұрын
They work on both.

Do you think the Shea Moisture Manuka honey& yogurt Haydrate+ repair leave in is a good light weight product? Im really contemplating on whether it would weigh my hair down since its also a spray leave-in so Im not rlly sure.
@HolisticEnchilada3 жыл бұрын
I am not familiar with that product but looking at the ingredients I'd say it's not heavy but not lightweight either. Their stuff tends to mostly be heavy.
