I also was in the same career for most of my life as an actress and a fitness model. Doing many interviews on different topics and I totally agree with what you’re saying. In order to have a great relationship first have to know who you are and living your truth. It’s absolutely necessary to have a relationship that’s really going to work out and It’s very difficult when you’re involved to that extent to find somebody that also is compatible. Especially today with what’s going on with the Covid

how to love yourself man isn't little delusional if you love yourself you have to be two within you ..how can u divide yourself ..don't just pick up keywords and randomly throw here and there ..
@anub27444 жыл бұрын
@@avikmukherjee6371 It is really possible, at first it will make you feel weird and it will be kinda hard. Once u start doing it, it will make you feel amazing. It always will give you a feeling of fulfilment and acknowledgement that u r loved and accepted and u won't feel bad even when someone doesn't accept u or acknowledge u the way u r. Start with the baby steps. First.. Start complementing yourself for every small or big things that u do on the daily basis. Second... Thank yourself (ur soul, body and mind) and say love you baby or dear to yourself ( u can even say that I am proud of u) when u look into the mirror. Third... This will be a bit weird initially but you will see a remarkable change. Imagine that ur soul is hugging you when u r low/sad and ur soul is kissing on ur forehead and tell that it's alright, it's going to be alright . A motherly love that u can give yourself. After this loving yourself would be very easy and u can invent ur own way to love yourself . Make sure even when u have a negative thoughts or fear think that ur soul is hugging yourself and telling you that it's okay , it's normal and u r just thinking and not acting upon it. And tell yourself that I trust you and I believe you and u r a very good person, u r an amazing person . It's one way of self-love that I am experiencing . It works wonders. I hope and wish it works for you too. Take care...

She seems very intelligent and articulate. From watching this video, she said she was chasing fame, success, travel, etc. From listening and trying to understand this, it seems that after competing in Miss Universe, she felt she would have a bright future in Mumbai as an actress. She might've met some dude who might've claimed that he had connections in the film industry. And he promised her the world and they had a sexual relationship for years. It's strange in Indian culture that any female would stay in a relationship for 10 years without any actual commitment. Normally after 1-2 years of dating, you get engaged/married. She was perhaps blinded by her ambitions of wanting to be famous and successful. Later she realized that she had wasted 10 years of her life on some guy who was only it it for the sex and not much else. The guy probably was having sexual relationships with numerous other ambitious and hopeful actresses and was promising to help them in their careers too.

Great talk, thanks for sharing. Sometimes when dating it's very possible to confuse showing up authentically, with showing up in order to be liked (people pleasing frame of mind). How can we practice being more authentic and in our own frame and discerning of whether or not to allow people into our lives, instead of being overly concerned with having others like us?

@Haradeas4 жыл бұрын
For my feeling she doesn't connect with the people she is talking to, she clearly cant help them. She stays very shallow and she cant deeply explain the aspects that matter or how to see them and use them in a practical way. Her heart is on the right place, I hope she goes deeper in herself so that she can really help other people. Notice Vishen not aligning at all with what she says, but I understand you cant really compare different standpoints while trying to help a 3th person.
