I have been using a derma stamp at 2.5mm once a week. It's been about 6 months and I've gotten insane results. Basically all my hair grew back. I do it in the shower with warm water and it takes about 5 minutes. I only wash my hair once a week and its right before I do the treatment. I do bleed quite a bit when I do it and its red and sore after the shower. It's sore for about 1-2 days after the treatment. I do not apply anything else. Doing it this way allows me to live my life and not have to constantly be doing things to regrow my hair. 5 minutes in the shower once a week and I'm done. Works really well for me and I plan to do it for the rest of my life.

@@passingby3060 hmmm I'm not sure how many times I go over one specific area. I just kinda go over it as many times as I feel is needed. Maybe 3-4 times times. It should be pretty damn red and you should bleed quite a bit. I go over the whole area maybe 3-4 times times. giving myself a break in between each time. just feel it out.

@@passingby3060 I do want to point out that I cut out most sugar, dairy, and gluten from my diet as well. It's a combination of diet and derma stamping. If you just derma stamp, you'll still get results but you're just masking the problem. It all starts from the inside. If your hair is falling out, it's because your body is trying to tell you something. You can believe that or not, really up to you. But thats just my 2 cents.

I read once that rinsing your hair with hot water will open up your pores (like when you had acne and people told you to put a hot rag to open pores) and that rinsing your hair in cool water is best, just my 2 cents to take into account.

hah i use a 2.5mm stamp all the way pushed down to cover the whole head. THen use a 0.6mm roller to go over afew times. Its bleeds alot, i know im extreme but it works. I only use it once a week or ever 2 weeks, then spray minoxidil. No sure why stamp can do much deeper and less pain than a roller. It works just 1 month, hair grew thicker and no hair loss at all. I also take finaserite daily

Hello there ! I read the article and they were using an ajustable derma-pen instead of a derma roller ! Also even the study last 12 weeks they only used the pen once per 2 weeks with no minoxidil prior the next following 24h. It might be insignificant details but just letting you know also the data show up that the result with the 1.2 mm pen (if your lucky/above one sigma) could be the same than if you use the same protocol with the .6 mm pen (and being unlucky/ below one sigma). Finally the p-value concerning the hair regrowth post treatment sounds a bit off statically speaking regarding the low number of participant of the overall experiment + I think they made a mistake calculating the mean change with the 1.2mm which should be 2.07mm instead of 2.05mm of regrowth - if they are any statistician here let me know what you guys thinks-. Thanks for the review keep it up !

Growell minoxidill scalp lotion works best for me. If you hair is longer it also buffs your hair volume. I use it like a hair moose to style my hair before going out. Hair looks x2 more

I have understood that when you use a 1 to 1.5 mm if onky penetrated the half of ghe needle.. because of the surfaces.. so the question is did yhe study showed that the penetration is 6 mm or thr nerdle is 6 mm

depends on the length of the needles. .5mm you can do daily or every other day. 1mm it is said you should do it once or twice a week. and 1.5mm once every 3 weeks. ive heard you can get away with doing 1.5mm once a week tho

You should never use a 1.5mm derma roller daily. Please allow your scalp to heal. If you wish to derma roll daily use a .5mm derma roller or less.

I usually use 1.5mm but now switched to 0.5mm reasons are, 1.5mm causes more injuries making my scalp build up dead skin cells btw 3 to 5 days which I have to peel off, but with 0.5mm it's avoidable and I can use it more often than 1.5mm cuz it causes less scaring

carry on, ignore bleed. All the way for 1 month guaranteed results i use 0.6mm roller and 2.5mm stamp together to cover every inch and minoxidill spray over after. Once a week let the scalp rest
