Where on earth will you get low fat oats😅. These dieticians do not tell for how long you need to follow the diet. If they say life long then they need to provide diet for lifelong. You can't give 2 or 3 things to eat and tell to eat for life long.

This diet plan is one dimensional and not viable for everyone. Carbs in this plan not only bad for diabetics but also not good for non-diabetics. Carbs will eventually end up as fat. And too many times eating is not good either. Search for other informative videos like low carbs and healthy fat diet.

😢fats are necessary in normal qty. U must be eating all stuf yourself. Eggs once a week is ok. As colestrsl in yolk is good colesttol. Sugar is necessary for energy for heart patients. In last heartday the cardioligists of the country said desighee in small quantity is also good. So go and eat sprouts green tea boiled vegetables yourself. Please don't preach such sermons. Without fats brain will be harmed of course in small quantity. You people only seek publicity by such vedios!
