How has it held up? Is it strong enough to use bands to assist?
@unklewheez66293 жыл бұрын
@@ihatesocialnetworkin it definitely is strong enough. My upper body has come a long way In a year but u have a long way to go still. I love using this for dips and Australian rows. Even pull-ups if you sir on the ground and pull yourself up.

Hi bro, great video ! I wanted to know if it was that solid tho ? It says Maximum load: 225kg I wanted to know if the station can withstand that ? For example, someone at 80kg BW doing dips with 120kg, is it good enough or it would be better to buy something much more compact and solid ? If so, do you know any dip stations solid enough for that ? Have a nice day, salut !
@leveragelifestyle8581 Жыл бұрын
Sup bro. Yeah it should handle it without issue because the handle bars have the vertical reinforcement that is welded at the 90 degree joints which prevents bending. If you are doing dips with 180kg you're a savage. The one I have has a bit of a wobble on the bottom where the vertical and horizontal legs meet on both sides because there's a little bit of a gap between the two coming together. It can be fixed by sliding a washer under or maybe they've since fixed it. I think another brand is selling the exact same dip bar since it's been a long time since this review. But I use it till day and it's in the same exact condition cause the paint on it is solid and it's been inside the whole time. Definitely a necessary tool for workouts. Good for ab workouts too.

@@leveragelifestyle8581 my point exactly . you're tall so you're bound to have a wide collar bone and shoulders than some one who is 5 foot 6

@@ghost_7766 Hmmm. I don't know how much a dip bar this style would vary in width, I wonder if they are somewhat a standard width. The dip bars in the gym I've felt are wider and less comfortable and natural. I think you'd still be fine as I'm slim and not as wide as most guys naturally. I can measure the width if you need it.

You could've added a spacer to fill in the gap and that would have probably fixed it. I have the same issue but it doesn't bother me.

Hey. I just looked on Amazon and it looks like the same one is available again. It may have been available but under a different name from othe sellers but the same seller is available now (KLB). You can find it here now - amzn.to/3Dt3Qvs

@leveragelifestyle85813 жыл бұрын
It was called KLB but that name brand is not on Amazon anymore from what I see. Here is a link to the one which is probably the same one under another name based on the foam grips - amzn.to/3rFE67c. This brand is Rakon but the Yaheetech (amzn.to/3hxgSvu) image does not show the foam handles this one has yet has better ratings.

Which tool did you use to put it together, i have trouble with ‘m10 lock nut’. The screw turns with it together.
@leveragelifestyle85813 жыл бұрын
You have to hold the screw with a wrench on the other side while you tighten the nut.
@farukdemir69093 жыл бұрын
@@leveragelifestyle8581 i have already done that, but it doesn’t help. It still moves and doesn’t turn. Did you lubricate the lock nut ?
@leveragelifestyle85813 жыл бұрын
@@farukdemir6909 I would back it out and start it again, maybe you are cross threaded and the threads aren't going in place smoothly. Shouldn't need any lubrication.

@leveragelifestyle85814 жыл бұрын
@@countrylover3169 It's rated at 500 lbs. I'd probably keep it a little lower than that if you're able to get it that far (I won't ever lol) although they probably already put it at less than it can handle to be safe. I'm doing 60lbs dips now and I'm nowhere near worried about it but I'm probably not as heavy as you (140). I'd say you could push 400lbs total easily.
