Best Dog Breed For Young Families

I had an English mastiff when my son was born. She was super patient and let him crawl all over her, supervised of course. She would just get up a move if she had enough. After she passed, we got another English Mastiff and Newfoundland puppies when my son was about 2.5 years old and they were both amazing and patient with him and all other humans. Absolutely love these 2 breeds!

1st of all, Love the way you describe about the dogs Will... hey can i ask you for a specific dog to talk about? Indian Pariah Dog (pye dog/desi dog)... i know thats not recognized by any kennel or so... but its a good dog... its a pure landrace dog which have been there for centuries... its the best street dog which are highly intelligent and have limited to no health issue... they can easily adapt any climate as they have a survival genes... if possible, please make a video out of it... no one talks about this breed... at least you can... even talking about them will help people to know about this dog... otherwise for another century or so, it will just stay a street dog and people will never know its true potential

I think nowadays Indian Pariah also mixed with some foreign breeds. In Bangladesh, Most of street dogs now looks different. 10-15 years ago they were pure Pariah dog.

Jeez Will. What about poor old Mum having to clean up water from drinking dribbling dogs and slobber everywhere. Soft mouthed dogs are big time dribblers especially a big Mastiff

My last dog "a rescue", had to be put down because it decided to go on a farm yard killing spree , killed 2 lambs, 4 rabbits and had started on the chickens.
