Love this series. One thing that I was curious about is what you'd recommend for maintaining your jump when it's not the main focus of your training. If I had a 2 month hypertrophy block, before returning to modified triphasic and explosive focused training, would it be beneficial to fit in a session of plyometrics each week, or is that not necessary?

Skip, sprint, jump with the weighted vest... best used with sand training to overload the muscles.

I have a question. So how would I know when to workout on plyometrics, eccentric, and isometrics? Like what should I start off first and how many times a week for each workout?

U should do 2 weeks of isometrics and just jumping as much as u can if ur an advanced athlete or 4 if ur new. Then 4 weeks of eccentric plyos 2-3 times a week with active recovery every day along with isometrics and jumping as much as possible. Then rest a week. Then do cocentric plyos 2/3 times a week for another 4 weeks with isos and jumping some more and then rest. After that ur vertical should have increased, but u should also include two weeks of overspeed workouts to max out ur vertical
