Targus has certainly cheapened out on the Spruce. I have the original purchased in 2014 and it’s still going strong. These new ones are nothing like the originals.

I have used it on many rainy occasions and the water doesn't seep through. This has good waterproofing.

The backpack is OK. However, laptop compartment seems to be soft. Is it sufficient to protect a laptop? But the best thing about the content is good old man Samsung Note 4...

Yes Adam, finally some recognition for the Samsung Note 4 :) I've been using this bag for several years now and carry my Dell 15" laptop. Haven't had any issues with protection. Still in good working order and unscratched. This is including occasional transport via train where the bag is thrown into seats or the train floor.

Hi, love the review, just about to purchase it from Amazon but will it hold my wireless keyboard ok which measure 17 inch from L - R?

Hi David, not too sure. On first assumption it should. I can double check when I am home. As I have a spare keyboard lying around.

Thank you for your comment and for subscribing. So I just fit my Logitech MK220 keyboard and it fit absolutely fine with approximately 5-8cm of headroom. I don't have a measuring tape but your keyboard will most likely fit. Hope this helps.

@@KhaledsTech Ever since I bought it, I've used it for all my business trips. But around two years ago I stopped traveling for a while and now it smells dusty, but it just needs a proper wash and it should be as good as new. This bag is worth every penny 💯.

The bag is fantastic, I was using it daily for work use however due to the pandemic haven't been using it much either. But couldn't recommend it enough!

@@KhaledsTech apart from a couple of scratches at the bottom which is a given knowing that I have flown half a dozen intercontinental flights and double that of European one's and without having care it is still at a surprisingly mint condition 😅
