Have you been hearing about the skyrocketing demand for electricity to power the next generation of power-hungry AI chips?
If you might be wondering where companies like Nvidia, Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, AMD, and Apple are going to get the power to drive the next generation of AI chips, this video will provide some answers.
We looks at three ETFs that invest in companies both in the U.S. and Globally that power the electrical grid - whether with coal, gas, nuclear, oil, solar or wind power.
If you want to get a handle on some of the companies available for investment, and ETFs that make diversification possible, you may find the answers you seek in this video.
This is not financial advice.

Hey guys, this is a follow-up to my recent video on energy stocks. I thought you might like to know about these ETFs. One doesn’t need to pay expensive management fees to these ETF companies, but it’s instructive to see the companies they hold in their portfolios. Two of these ETFs have low expense ratios (.09% for the iShares and .10% for the Vanguard) and that seems reasonable for the instant diversification.

That would be 🔥 for sure. Tell me about NRG, what is it you like about that company? I asked because I’m interested in it and I’ve been thinking about it lately. I’d be interested in hearing your opinion about NRG. Thanks for viewing my video and commenting! 😊🏆🙏🏻

A perfect ETF would include the entire ecosystem starting from semi process for power. Power semiconductors, energy traders, energy specific cyber software, besides generation and hedging. Would of course require multiple domain experts!

Yes I agree, it would be a much wider collection of power generation companies, from semi process, power semis, the whole shabang! Do you have any favorite semi process for power or power semiconductor companies? A few that come to mind are STMicroelectronics, On Semiconductor and Allegro Microsystems, but you might have some other favorites. I don’t know if you are a fan of stocks or just ETFs, but it looks like you have a great understanding of the power generation industry…so I’d really like to hear your ideas or opinions on power! Thanks so much for leaving a comment. I’m so glad you watched my video and are a part of the channel!

Got it! I asked in another comment about which stocks you like and this answers my question. I understand the desire for dividends. I had been looking at NEE as it's one of the most well-regarded energy stocks. As you saw in my other video, I invested in Vistra (VST) and Constellation Energy (CEG) last week. I'll have to look more closely at NEP and ATO.

I have nothing contrary to say about any of these. Beyond selling picks and shovels, energy is food for the miners. Energy is non-negotiable in the first-world. I'd guess energy stocks are less volatile from over-speculation (versus more popular sectors) and economic troubles. Let me know when you launch your own ETF. I like ANDO for the ticker. ETA: I'm going to have to stop commenting so much. This comment is invisible to me even though I'm logged in - I had to go to my comment history to find it. No fun.

XLE since Biden entered office doing well !
@animaldonut
@animaldonut 4 ай бұрын
Yes but to be objective, we should note that the S&P 500 has a 5-year return of 87.08% and XLE has a 48.55% return over 5 years. So that energy sector ETF (which is mostly oil company stocks) has severely underperformed the overall market over the past 5 years. This is not financial advice. It is just an observation about the performance of the XLE ETF (energy) vs. the S&P 500
