Used them last year in Israel. Worked perfect. This time they changed the network and it was not working. No response to support request either. Had to take the 17 euro loss and sign with Yesim, installed and worked 🎉. No setting was needed to modify, all set for you right away. A bit more expensive, yet work perfectly.❤

Olá dave - love the channel - do you use Airlo all the time as you live in Portugal or do you only use it for travelling outside POrtugal and have another contract with another provider, such as Vodaphone, whilst you are in Portugal.? Obrigado - Maf UK

Probably just outside Portugal as using a local package would be much cheaper, However, when travelling it is so handy, as he said, you land and have internet right way....

We used Airalo during our recent trip to Istanbul and it worked wonderfully! We completed most of the setup on our phone while still in the US then finished the connection after landing in IST. Easy peasy. Watch some KZbin videos on the setup. We're definitely using Airalo next time we're in Portugal. BTW - love your videos Dave!!

Airalo is AMAZING, I was in Guatemala 4 days ago and used Airalo and it worked just fine, not the first time as I used in Turkey and Canada previously, it works as a charm....

I got Airlo but it only gives you data. Voice calls other than WhatsApp calls do NOT work.

Horrible! The biggest issue is not quality of connection itself, but it's availability. Three travelers with both new Android and Iphone. If you headed to any midsize city and went for a walk, good luck! In the country that does not give a slightest care about English or French you are lost, disappointed and feel screwed. Now imagine that you have to pick up your child from 25 km away located camp at the end of the day. None of you has connection, direction and you are running out of time. Feeling happy? If you like adventures there are other ways to go through it: throw your phone away into the river for example. That would be your conscious decision, at least... Do not waste your time and money! Do not buy it.
