Oh my gosh! This vegan chocolate chip cookies recipe is AMAZING!
My son rated them a whopping 11 out of 10!
They have no eggs or dairy and are without a doubt one of the best cookies I have ever tasted.
My taste buds were definitely doing a happy dance as I was eating these.
Be careful though, they are super addictive and you may end up eating the entire tray full yourself :)
If you're looking for a quick and easy choc chip cookie recipe, then this is it. YUM!

You weren't kidding - These are BEST EVER VEGAN CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES! They turned out great on the first try. Im always very disappointed with vegan cookies and to have one that is low sodium and no oil is fantastic. Thank you so much for all the hard work and love you put into your recipes!

Ooooooh, Lord... I just made these and they are BOMB! I added cinnamon and I caramelized some pecans with a bit of maple syrup and added those into the mix. Thank you for the wonderful recipes! Needless to say, between my roommates and I, they only lasted for about 20 minutes after coming out of the oven!

Assuming the amounts of baking powder (2 tsp.: 1,520 mg. sodium), baking soda (1 tsp.: 1,280 mg. sodium) and salt (1/2 tsp.: 1,060 mg. sodium) are correct, the sodium in this recipe really concerned me -- 3,860 mg., or 297 mg. per cookie @ 13 cookies. This didn't dawn on me until mixing a batch, so I made another batch ... except didn't add any baking powder/soda and sea salt ... and combined the two batches. The cookies turned out terrific! In addition, since I made our cookies a little smaller, it made 35, which brought it to 110 mg. per cookie -- much better. May cut back the chips down to 1/3 cup (3 oz.) next time. We love them and have a hard time not eating more than 2. I store in the frig to guard against mold, just in case. Fantastic recipe with the sodium change -- thanks!
@RunningKyleRoy
@RunningKyleRoy 8 жыл бұрын
+Colette Hazard Good call! I was also concerned about sodium. Who wants to make a batch of cookies and only eat 1 or 2? I don't know if folks realize how much sodium is in baking soda. Or even care? You can find lower sodium baking powder.

OMG😘👍🏼!!!!!!🎆🍪 They are to the Stars goooood!!!!.YOUM!!!🍪😍 I love them!!!. Thanks Anja😍😘🤗 I must admit, that I tweeked it a bit! I cut some vanilla fudge caramel( the ones you buy as candy), into little squares, and put them in as well, as the chocolate, they are byond delicious 😋🍪wauw!!! I have been looking for a recipe for quite some time now, that I could use, because I use spelt flour, the Body, can easily digest spelt, because the glutein in spelt are shorter, than Frankenwheat, that the Body can not regonise, I always make my own sourdough bread with spelt flour as well!!!😋🍞, it is SOOO good!!!!! I Love your recipes, but did not know you made a cookie recipe😘🤗👍🏼 Love you Anja, lots of Heart felt hugs to you❤️😘😍👍🏼!
