Hi, thanks for a great video. How to go about treating cartilage loss due to a trauma? My kneecap partially dislocated and damaged the cartilage. Same approach or different?

What exercises can I do if I’m chronically in phase 2? I am 63 years old and my X-rays show moderate/advanced arthritis in both knees. I’m looking at taking your course but don’t want to spend the money if it won’t benefit me.

Hello Dr. in my MRI results it says ( bilateral tricompartmental low-grade chondral abnormalities. No focal high-grade or full-thickness chondral loss) what does it really mean? Thank you so much for all you done to help people in pain!
@doctor.jainesh6 ай бұрын
that means cartilage damage but not much and that's normal
@phannavan6 ай бұрын
Thank you so much the answer. Can this be healed by taking supplements?
@doctor.jainesh6 ай бұрын
@@phannavan yes it can be main thing is offloading of any abnormal pressure if it is there supplements may help maintain overall health but a strong joint requires stronger muscles too. Some changes are irreversible but manageable

Every stair one takes will put more pressure on the joint than the "baby-squat". At the same time, you are not supposed to do more than the "baby-squat" for up to a year? How realistic is that ?

Praying for some help, for the last six months I’ve been having knee pain when standing in both knees. It starts after only ten minutes or so. I’m only 30, I have complete range of motion in my knees. It feels better when sitting down but starts again once I start standing. Physical therapy hasn’t helped or the chiropractor. Any input would be greatly appreciated!!

Hi Divyashree, if you can do it without feeling any pain and you are using proper form it should be fine but we do recommend doing gentle stretches. There is a concern of over stretching so please proceed with caution.
