3 cardio training per week, 3 resistance training per week. Cardio ranges from 12-60mins. Strength training 45-75mins.

I do all this except explosion. I used to close my 50 minute workouts with a short explosion movement after my joints/muscles are warmed up, but my knees will feel it afterwards. Maybe it's because I'm in my late 40s or because I have the women's Q angle so landing doesn't feel square/level.
