As a clinical exercise physiologist, this is just the tip of the iceberg in regard to the power of exercise. More exposure to exercise as medicine please. I would also be up for collaboration if need be. I work at the University of Waterloo.

3:22-4:25 Exercise increases autonomic arousal, which enhances alertness and cognitive function. This arousal boosts memory and learning, not just during the exercise itself but also in the period following it. The increased alertness-through mechanisms like higher heart rate, blood pressure, and levels of adrenaline-supports memory encoding and cognitive processing.

I am not sure of the location of your establishment and becoz of all the wildfires going on in and around LA County, I am concerned and worried. My prayers go out for everyone affected. And also hoping and wishing the best for everybody.
