The best chair exercises for Parkinson's! This 40 minute, all seated chair exercise program has been created specifically for those with Parkinson's Disease, but is also beneficial for seniors or anyone looking for a well-rounded program of chair exercises. Today we have Ashley from Boxing4health leading the workout. This full body daily workout includes a brain workout to challenge you both physically and mentally. Hullo Jules and Ashley, I can't tell you how profoundly affected i was by the functional part of this workout. To think of the pain and suffering that people with PD must be going through everyday is mind-boggling. It is reassuring however, to know that people like you two...kind, empathetic, knowledgeable are there to mitigate their suffering and help them towards improved health. Shadow boxing is new to me and i found this session very enjoyable. Thank you so much🙏 Wishing both of you great success and joy in everything you do💙

My dad doesn't have Parkinsons but is dementia (and boxed in his youth). He enjoyed doing the boxing, trying to follow the combos! The novel moves in this video were good. (I think he's maybe too used to Jules' moves lol)
