Thank you for joining me for this full body chair workout! All exercises are osteoporosis friendly and low impact. These fun exercises are to the beat of music and work the total body. We begin with cardio to increase the heart rate that is easy to follow along. We then move to the strength section. Here, we will perform strength building exercises for the upper body as well as our core. Grab a pair of dumbbells. I'm using two 3 pound (1.3KG) dumbbells for this video. Always start with a lighter weight if you are unsure. Soup cans or water bottle are great to you use as well. This workout is completed with great yoga inspired stretching that is perfect to work on your mobility and flexibility and will leave you feeling wonderful!

I was ready for a wheelchair and/or walker due to back pain and fear of falling. Have been doing your videos for 6 weeks and have been feeling stronger everyday. I’m more flexible and fluid. Thank you for helping me get back some quality of life.

I like that you have so many seated workout videos for when I'm "not really feelin' it". I can still work up a sweat and get all of the benefits. I do really appreciate all that you do and the time commitment you and your family provide to all of us.

Great workout for an osteoporsis woman. I go to Y and they do some bone strength..they dont seem aware of being on top of not doing twisting for osteo. Course instructor has others in class that are safe doing those. Im grateful for your knowlege of bone density work. Thank you. Catherine would like more workouts..

I’ve been doing your workouts for about 6 months. I have osteoporosis and rheumatoid arthritis. My pain has decreased and my flexibility increased. And I’m having fun!! Thank you so much for all you do!

I love this workout it not hard on my body. I had surgery in twenty sixteen I need to do seated exercises to strengthen my back and legs. I love the way you take your time with each exercises. I can keep up with you and not hurt myself. Please keep up the good work. Look forward to more.

Hi Lauren and thank you, I've been doing many of your videos for about a year, 4 to 5 times weekly and do they regularly and always feel good before during and after. Due to slight accident (fractured left wrist in cast for few weeks), started doing your 10 min chair exercises about 2 weeks ago and tweaking them to me while still getting the benefits. Today ventured to chair 30min cardio and strength (without weights) and feel SOOOOO empowered and proud of me. Realise there is so much I can do with one hand without hurting myself. So thank you for your encouragement through out all the videos and thanks for all the time you spend creating new and different workouts!

Great chair workout, although I did the first part standing and then I realized after the 7 minute mark, it was more beneficial to sit in the chair, especially for the abs and the thighs and wow, did I ever feel those muscles after that. Thanks for another great workout, Lauren!

I love these all-in-one workouts that offer both cardio and strength exercises, plus warmup and cooldown, all in less than a half hour! I tried this one today and really felt it -- in a good way. Keep 'em coming, and thanks for all you do!

Love your workouts! I have plantar fasciitis in both feet (avid hiker) and had to stay off my feet. Your chair workouts saved me! I love your workouts, how simple and straightforward they are. I suffer from spinal stenosis and herniated discs after years of playing competitive tennis, so I just want to make sure that nothing here is contraindicated for my condition.(I DO feel great most of of the time when I"m done, but sometimes there are hip twinges(sciatic nerve pressure) that worry me... thanks for any comments you may have regarding this..

I just love your videos. I echo what someone said…not too hard and not too easy. I hate exercises and have zero stamina, but somehow, i am totally enjoying your workouts. On week 2 now. I enjoy feeling the aches exactly where you we should.

Lauren, I just found this one and it’s great! I’m not comfortable standing during workout, and I’ve been loving your seated pilates. I love that this one incorporates weights, so I don’t always have to do them after your workouts. It’s great if I don’t have a lot of time. I’m getting stronger everyday, so thank you again, Lauren! ❤

Great video! I recently retired and was so excited to use my newfound free time that I immediately tore both biceps. It's only mildly debilitating, but it was completely unnecessary. I've been a little stir crazy looking for ways to build back up until my wife and I found your videos online, and here we are. This was our first, and I feel like it's the first real workout I've had in a while. We look forward to more!
