I did this after Day 18 of the senior strength workout. I forgot my runners were in bad shape now, and my arches were starting to give me grief, so I did a seated cardio. It’s so great having options. Need to go shoe shopping soon! BTW, the sequence where we had to tap forward and move arms forward and then up (I think that was how it went…did it this morning..plenty of time to forget 😂), was WILD! Need more of that for brainwork.

Thank you Jules for this week of combination 10 minutes workouts. It has been a wonderful way to take care of my knee as it progresses to heal without overdoing it and being able to add upper body strength movements. It’s been nice to see a new workout every morning again. It’s been takes me back to November, 2022 for your 25 Day building strength workouts when you took the year off work and had time to create them.

Thanks for your great feedback, Laura. With working F/T in my regular job, I created this 5 day series over two months. Even though they are only 10 minutes, planning, recording and editing takes time so I just worked on them when I could to be able to have them all released on one week.

I usually do the standing videos but have just developed some back issues to go with my knee problems!!! So have been doing these seated workouts and they are great. Would love to see more cardio seated videos and wonder if there is a way to gage this for a "step" count. Thanks for these videos. They really do get my heart rate up.

Hi Christine, I'm sorry to hear about your back issues, but I'm glad these seated ones are working for you. I am starting to put the step count down in the description under the video rather than in the video itself (I don't think I did for this one). But, I did for the newest Christmas one. I'll get some new seated cardio workouts up for you soon.
