Niffy Workout, Jules! A chair - no floor - yay! Nothing complicated - all doable - yay! Only five minutes instead of stressing our bodies with longer core videos - yay! Not too many reps so we're not sore the next day - another yay! Thanks for considering that some of us are aging seniors getting up there in age. You're right. Core isn't easy but this one was "just right". I will add it to my "SAVED" file to do again in the future. THANK YOU!

Jules I really enjoy your workouts. I have been working out with you for several years now and I am trying to become more mobile. Lots of burning sensation in my sciatica and other issues but I love the variety and I try to challenge myself. Thank you.

This was so wonderful. Loved the variety of moves i the cardio portion and the strength exercises were great. I too loved the cues to tighten the abs and relax the shoulders as it is so easy to lose track of doing so. Thanks so much!

Yaay! I did it! Jules, I decided to try the 5 day program and it was a lot more robust than the gentle ones I've been doing, but so far so good!! There were only a couple of movements I need to modify. Otherwise I was able to do the whole thing and I very much enjoyed it. Thank you!
