Hello dr i am 5 month pregnant . One week before i had fever and chest infection . Today morning found pink eye and pus but no itching . I took online consultation as i am not well to travel . Doctor prescribed me with Refresh tears 0.5% eye drops And Lotepred T eye drop i just want to know is these medicine safe in pregnancy.

You should have asked the Doctor who prescribed you these medicines. As far as my knowledge goes, Letepred T may not be harmless during pregnancy. Regarding Refresh tears, it's not all that documented. But in medical science, many a times, we weigh benefits over side effects. Otherwise, how a disease will be cured?
