I love appetizers. I just enjoy variety on my plate. Quite often when I go out to eat I will order an appetizer as my meal. That cheese would be great over French fries. Chilli cheese fries !!!

I have just discovered you guys on You Tube via “Mandy in the Making”. And I absolutely enjoy watching y’all cooking together. I love the fact that you take recipe and make it your own…..I have always told all of my girls to do the same. I also love the fact that a crockpot is not your go to thing. I have never liked crockpots they always over cook everything. After my hubby retired 14 years ago he has started helping me cook and bake. We always try to have fun while doing so as y’all do. He is 82 and I am 78 and had our 60th wedding anniversary this year. Keep cooking, working, playing and laughing together because that is the secret to a happy and long marriage.

Tip for cutting corn off the cob...your bundt pan has the perfect hole to hold your corn and the pan holds your cut corn!!

The taco dip was delicious! I loved it way more than the sausage rotel dip. I think its the cream cheese that makes it so yummy. I only added a half block too and it was plenty cheesy.

❤❤❤ Homemade cheese ball's!! The 1st one I made was year's ago.. I used 3 cheese's, 8oz sharp cheddar, 8oz pepper jack & one block of cream cheese.. To that I added in diced jalapenos, finely chopped onion, "chives or other herbs like finely chopped parsley can be a substitute for those who don't like onion." The secret ingredient is crushed pineapple.. Mix it Mold it and coat it with chopped pecans then shrink wrap it and refrigerate. My 1st ever 1980s cheese ball was a big hit especially for my 9 yr old niece. My in-laws requested it durning the Festive SW Tennessee Fall Season. It's delisioso!!
