The bodies have a similar shape to Ethan when he transforms, but the bodies are hairless. The lack of hairdo probably just from decay though. But Ethan did turn back before he died but these bodies could be from transformed humans that died while still transformed.

Yeah the main difference between this and regular Far Cry 5 is expeditions, base upgrades, crafted weapons, some different companions, vehicles, and the changes to the map to make it more apocalyptic including mutant animals. while all that is cool and fun doesn't really entice me to spend $40 on a very similar game although it does have some differences.
