We've now been trying for a little more than a decade. Now, added to the PCOS I was diagnosed with at age 20, is the diagnosis of RA that I've acquired. There's a very real probability that my husband and I may never have the opportunity to bring life into this world. We can't go with crowdfunding, because the last time we tried THAT, all we got for our troubles was nasty comments. Because IVF is so incredibly expensive, we may be just a statistic at the end of it.

Great video! We find the exact same results. Clovid better than Letrozole, and hFSH/hCG/IUI better than oral meds. Egg quality, above and beyond normal chromosomes, is wide open field for research and understanding.

To give any women hope that’s taking letrozole it worked for me the first month on it. But sadly miscarried. But on it again hoping we get lucky again with it working quickly. ( wasn’t an easy road however with other problems along the way)

No will never do clomid again 2 rounds ruined me and my body 😢 didn’t work any way. Neither did 5 rounds genera and 3 iris…..I was heavy when I tried this. Now I’m bout under 30 bmi and ready to try again but I really don’t want those meds :( wish it could happen naturally

I'm currently on Metformin for my PCOS. This cycle we are using a combination of Clomid and Letrozole. I've been told those 3 are like a triple threat in terms of having a high success of pregnancy.

There is only one randomized study that I am aware of. 27 of 35 women on clomid and letrozole ovulated (77%) vs. 15 of 35 women on letrozole alone (43%). Statistically, there was no difference in the pregnancy rate though the study may have been too small to detect a difference

IAM 40yrs old now para 3+1 , since the last miscarriage a year ago we have been trying for one good year but all in vain , the point is the last miscarriage is from a different father who got his other wife pregnant during that same period we were trying yet we did semen analysis and the result was low progressive sperm motility, kindly please advise me on what to do , I did abdominal ultrasound which was grossly normal and likewise himself he did scrotal ultrasound plus Doppler all was normal.
