Not a necessity in boxing I find the focus ball or floor to ceiling is more beneficial it's good to help stop lactic acid build up after 3-400 punches coordination rhythm too

@@Joe.stark2 i mean there are some guys how has very fancy speed bag work, that most pro boxers cant do. The boxers usually stick with the basics, because the focus is on focus, building rythm and consistency. Some has tricks some dont. My point is even the most basice rythm used to impress me and because it was difficult at first i thought it was only achievable by the gifted. I can hit the bag now and have gotten a lot better at it and know how to teach it. Not saying im better than the pros (by far), but anyone can do it haha. I teach ppl how to do it all the time. You get your basic triplet bounce rythm and then you go from there. Its not impossible.

Popping a speed bag is not hard, I've done it with just hitting it in rhythm and not taking big shots at it.
